1. Data We Collect

We collect the following information when you use SpeakMom:

• Account information: Name, email address, and profile picture from your OAuth provider (Google or Microsoft).
• Learning data: Session history, vocabulary progress, pronunciation scores, and CEFR assessment results.
• Usage data: Page views, feature interactions, and error logs used to improve the product.

2. Voice Recordings

We do not store your voice recordings. When you complete a pronunciation exercise:

• Your audio is sent to our speech analysis service for scoring.
• Only the numeric score and phoneme-level breakdown are stored.
• The original audio file is discarded immediately after scoring.

Assessment data is retained for up to 12 months and can be deleted on request.

3. Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Delete your account and all associated data.
• Export your learning history in machine-readable format.
• Rectify inaccurate personal data.

SpeakMom does not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for monetary compensation.
