The Service

SpeakMom provides AI-powered English speaking practice. We aim to keep the service reliable and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use SpeakMom.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use SpeakMom only for lawful English practice purposes. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer the AI, scrape the service, or use it to generate harmful content.

Intellectual Property

The SpeakMom platform, AI models, and interface are owned by SpeakMom. Session transcripts generated during your practice belong to you.

Limitation of Liability

SpeakMom is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of SpeakMom after changes means you accept the updated terms. We will notify you of significant changes by email or in-app notice.
